Our Core Values

Over the past few years, Judy and I have developed an understanding of the importance of coaching individuals on building strong relationships with themselves and others. This philosophy is centered on our belief that our lives have far less to do with financial success and far more to do with the value we bring to the lives of others. More specifically, we believe your financial success is directly related to the value you bring to your family, friends, employees, and customers.

The result of our beliefs is a concept we call E.N.G.A.G.E.D. (Empathetic; Non-judgmental; Growing; Accountable; Guiding; Empowering). E.N.G.A.G.E.D.  is more than a catchy acronym or the next version of a theory that has been overdone and underwhelming. It is a mindset that encourages individuals to slow down, be present, and actively participate in every interaction. Take the time to understand context as well as content and build relationships that offer so much value, people are willing to pay you for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Emotional intelligence is paramount in building strong relationships as it enables individuals to understand and navigate the emotions of themselves and others. By fostering empathy, self-awareness, and effective communication, emotional intelligence forms the foundation for meaningful connections, fostering trust, and creating a harmonious and supportive environment in both personal and professional relationships.

Strategic planning is a systematic and structured approach used by organizations to define their long-term goals and develop a roadmap for achieving them. It involves analyzing the current state of the organization, identifying opportunities and challenges, setting objectives, formulating strategies, and implementing and monitoring the progress of those strategies.

Yes. One of the key factors to building a successful business is getting help. Even seasoned entrepreneurs should have an objective observer who can review their current strategies and offer insight on best practices and proven strategies. We have helped dozens of startup companies over the last decade and look forward to that continuing into the future.

Whether this is your first business or you are a seasoned business owner, having a coach is important to help you reach your highest potential. Coaching is about bringing out what already exist in you. We show you how to obtain your goals without having to change who you are. Instead we strengthen those traits that cause your best results and remove mindsets that limit your potential.

The primary difference is a coach focuses on improving you as the leader of your business. A consultant takes a more specialized approach in providing specific solutions for your business itself.

As you know groups are made of individuals and our coaching was designed to build next level individuals. That being said, we do offer group trainings on specific topics based on what outcome is desired.

Absolutely. We understand the need for safety and flexibility. Therefore, we offer our services in person and via the Internet. Over the years we have had clients in different time zones and even international, so we are very flexible in the implementation of our sessions, but our clients receive the same high level of service no matter how it is delivered.

The length of the coaching session will depend on what is being accomplished, but typically are 60-90 minutes.
